Festivus Food Part 1: Christmas Day Brunch

 Just the three of us, not too much frippery.
We kept it simple, Silly.
K-I-S-S.


 Mumm Champagne.
 Little tiny croissants, ham and gruyere.
 Oysters with Wakame salad and chilli.



 

 Giant King prawns with potato and egg salad..
 Chilled prawns with lemon and lime.




 
 Then, off to visit friends with duck pancakes in tow.
After clearing the table.  
We'll have a little hiatus now, until the 28th for our family 'do.
Enjoy the Season.

    I am a huge fan if the KISS principle. Everything looks PERFECT to me. Oysters...oh I am a fan! Duck pancakes also ha! merry Christmas gorgeous Flora. Such a treat stopping my your blog.

      Everything went nicely....'crept the duck pancakes were wolfed down a bit too fast due to too much champagne. Xx

      I know! Bit fussy sometimes re the oysters, but all other seafood I love.

    Oh yum yum yum! The food looks perfect, what a lovely brunch! We had a simple Christmas day lunch here too, nothing as fancy as yours, but it was eaten with good company, and that's the important thing really :)
