Imagine my Surprise

These are some of my first Floras from about four years ago.
 This flower, too.
So, you can imagine my surprise when I saw a Flora one-of-a-kind
on television last Sunday night!
Luckily, Foxtel came in handy and I could rewind and take these screen-shots.
I never thought I'd see the day.
I don't do it for money. No-one makes a million selling frippery.
I do it for the creativity and soul-soothing.
That's enough.
My black beaded headpiece popped up on Kimberley Busteed's head, again.
On TV.

It was a Brisbane Winter Racing Carnival segment that included behind-the-scenes
footage of the Style magazine shoot.
A watershed moment, dear Followers of Flora's Frippery.
I am going to have start a press release file.
I might need a secretary.
Flora's been showcased on the lifestyle program Great South East.
Here's a bit of the magazine editorial from Style that was filmed for television.
Kimberley is the Ambassador of this year's Winter Racing season.
I've tried to capture the essence of the television story in true-journalistic style.
Jockeys.
A horse.
Lovelies lining up for Fashions on the Field.
Kimberley getting zhu zhu'd up ready to pop on the lace Flora.

 Checking the light meter.

Again, checking the light meter.
 Shooting.
Explaining important things to Damien Rossi, a reporter on Great South East.

Telling everyone to wear Flora's frippery.
Sorry, I made that one up.
The crowd against the race-track on Stradbroke Day at Doomben, Brisbane.
Red, black and white is the palate of the day.

Keep surprising.
 Stay creative.
